2024 Terms, Rates, and Requirements:
* $850 per month. $250 refundable deposit.
- $25 off per month for long-term stays (4+ months)
- 2 People included in the rate. $25/person/mo for additional guests over the age of 5.
- Max 2 pets allowed. $15/pet/mo. Must be leashed at all times and owners must clean up after their pets.
* Pad sizes vary: 25' – 35'
* Utilities included: water, sewer, trash & recycling.
* Electric (30A and 50A) is metered at charged to the guest.
* RVs cannot be older than 10 years old or must be in excellent condition.
* RVs must have proof of insurance.
* Amenities include access to our laundromat, retro arcade, fishing pond (fee per fish caught), free WiFi, and spacious grounds!
